ASSESSMENT
In addition to the price above, each lot will be assessed $20,000.00 which can be paid over a 10-year period. The payment to be made at real estate tax time - May 15th of each year. The Assessment will cover $50,000.00 in landscaping - which includes the rain garden,
the street, the community septic system, the water supply, and electrical and telephone - all stubbed to each lot line. This Assessment is to be paid annually at $2,000.00 a year, plus 5.5% interest.
