Each lot owner will be able to choose his or her own Contractor or build their home themselves.  A wide variety of home designs and styles are acceptable. There can be summer homes or year around homes.  The FAQ discusses this in more detail.  In essessence, you own your own lot and can build pretty much what you want with certain perameters discussed in the FAQ and the Association Documents.
