Architect
Noel
Knudson Architect, has a diverse
practice of residential, commercial,
institutional and industrial projects
during the last 17 years in Duluth,
preceded by 20 years of working for
other architects. His design philosophy
is focused primarily on the needs and
wishes of his clients and the demands of
their sites, tempered with professional
advice and various design options.
He does not assume that he knows what is
best for a client, but rather that a
design will emerge which reflects the
client’s desires and functional needs.
So, many of his designs are not sterile
geometric boxes, or architectural
statements but rather a reflection of
listening to clients.
For flexibility, he has designed timber
structures, steel and glass modern,
curvilinear forms, and a wide range of
other styles. Knudson is licensed in the
State of Minnesota. 218-723-8035
