Residing in Duluth has made Tom knowledgeable about real estate.  He has always enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of Duluth’s historic homes and other historic properties and has written some in-depth articles on architecture for the St. Louis County Historical Society (please see some of them on this webpage).  No matter what style, location or design, Tom can draw out marketing features inherent in the design of any home and explain their significance to potential sellers or buyers.

Having trained as a teacher, Tom is a quick learner and skilled researcher both of which benefit you as a potential seller or buyer.  His philosophy toward real estate is that each deal is a unique case.  If misunderstandings arise, recovery is possible if paperwork is in order.  As an expert organizer, Tom has no problem keeping paperwork transaction details close at hand.  The enjoyment of working one-on-one and taking responsibility for seeing someone through to a happy ending motivates him in his business practice. Along with sales, Tom currently manages one rental property and formerly managed a multi-family property while living in the Twin Cities area.  Listening to residents while keeping building integrity a priority is Tom’s recipe for maintaining customer satisfaction in property management. Tom earned a degree in history from the University of North Carolina and a Master’s in Instruction from Saint Mary’s University.  Tom is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin and is ready to serve your real estate or small property management needs.
